Banning needs growth that beautifies our city, not growth that turns us into an ugly industrial corridor. Utilize buildings that are already established before we chew up more land. I will push for restaurants, gyms, shops, and services that fit this city and respect the mountains — closer to Redlands than to a logistics nightmare. I'll attract businesses by cutting permit wait times and keeping electricity rates competitive — and by making the streets safe enough that people actually want to open up here.

Public safety is my number one priority.

Banning deserves safer street — and more patrols on them. I will fight for safer neighborhoods, faster response, and a budget that puts officers where residents actually see them. I will always look for ways to make our law enforcement more effective when I'm on the council.

Riverside County Grand Jury: Banning: A City Alarmingly Mismanaged

Banning Electric Utility(BEU) went from a $31 million surplus to a deficit of $9 million. Residents paid for that failure with higher bills and a system they could not trust. I will demand accountability — an independent oversight commission with real authority so bills, transfers, and spending are out in the open. Keep rates as low as possible and power reliable.
